History and Focus
Wing Tsun is a traditional chinese combat system developped by a woman.
Wing Tsun focuses on practical self-defense techniques and close-range combat. It emphasizes efficiency, sticking contact and simultaneous defense and attack movements. Wing Tsun is known for its principles of redirecting and controlling an opponent's force, using quick and compact movements, and developing sensitivity and awareness. It is a well-respected martial art that has gained popularity worldwide.
The principles of giving way and attacking simultanously, sticking to what comes from the opponent and finishing the fight straightly make Wing Tsun outstanding.
